Tips for looking after your flowers and plants

Flowers and plants are bought for their appearance. They create a special atmosphere wherever they are placed. In order to keep them that way, they need looking after. Without care and attention their appearance will deteriorate. At Sierafor we advise our customers on care and presentation.

In order to help you, we have listed below the most important tips on how to look after your flowers in order to achieve a good result, quickly and easily.

1.  Use a clean vase for your flowers

2.  Cut diagonally about 2-3 cm off the ends of the stems

3.  Remove any lower leaves from the stems that may come into contact with the water in the vase

4.  Dissolve the cut flower food in the water in the vase (check the dose as stated on the pack)

5.  Do not place the bouquet in direct sunlight or in a draught
